Fitness: 19th September 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question

Good Morning

Today morning was overcast, but the roads were dry. It was a good day for a run. Even though I could have gone immediately, I thought I would do my weights first and then go for my run.

I had about forty-five minutes of excellent workout, and it started pouring just when I thought I could now enjoy the outside. It was one of those days when you felt you should have gone out when you had the chance. Despite the 'would have' and 'should have, I went out anyway.

How did my morning pan out?

I focused on my arms and abs. I will continue on the weights side of my exercise regime for another week, at least on my arms and abs. I will then shift to other body parts or will include them also along with the above two. Let's see how that comes, as it would depend on the time I have in hand.

Once I finished with the weights, I went for a walk. It was indeed pouring, and it was good that I wore my rubber footwear. The walk was funny as I had to get my umbrella in order more than six times. The breeze was at another level. I am glad that I made it through, though. 😊

Back home, I had to spend some time drying myself. Since it was going to be an extensive exercise, I thought I might as well freshen myself and get going with the day. Once the morning ablution was done, I settled down for a few sessions of Ho'oponopono. It was a good one, and I had no rush like the other days. Usually, I finish the Ho'oponopono sessions and then go for a bath whereas today I did the reverse. The reverse works well. Maybe, I should stick to this style.

Here's my write-up on the topic for those interested in knowing about Ho'oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

Did You Know?

Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.

Have a look at the video here:

The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head. 😊
