I'm actually planning to make the BLURT TALENT HUNT more simple in a way that just one post will be used for all entries.

The post will not state a specific task for people, it will be a generalized post. All entries can enter through it.

    That is a good initiative as well. It will help people to be more creative and some talents which might not be known generally can also be displayed.
