Hello, everyone I am @surrealfia. My real name is Kashfia. I have started my journey here on #Blurt on 19th October 2020 and although it has been a short time, it has been eventful nonetheless. And to be honest, I have made several new friends which I’m grateful and happy about. I have been in contact with people from all around the world and this is fascinating. I have seen people who have been in the blockchain for years and then I have seen new people joining here every day who know nothing about blockchain or cryptocurrency. And even so, they are joining and leaving their footprints all around.

I'm Eligible, Because:

I have met new friends and got help from a lot of people when I joined #Blurt. The support I have received from @looking, @priyanarc, @hafizullah, @dsatria, @rycharde, @ytyeasin, and many others have inspired me to go on here. And also I'm quite grateful to @kryptodenno for his huge initiative. And since then I have thought of trying to help out others as well. For now, I try to vote and comment whenever I can. I try to communicate with as many people as I can and share my thoughts. 1 Million Blurt POWER Dolphin Swarm Giveaway! | ¡Sorteo de 1 millón de Blurt POWER para crear Nuevos Delfines (ENG/ESP) is going to bring out a lot of potentials. And as there will be 20 delegations, the chances aren't limited. When I first saw the tweet about the delegation, I was quite quick to respond. I took some time to think that how to use this delegation, more so the fact that if I'm eligible. I believe everyone who has applied (including me) is eligible for this. So I had decided to talk only about "How I'll use this delegation?" rather than if I'm eligible or not.

My Initiative:

First I would like to thank @manuelramos for this big opportunity. Well, yes I have mentioned it as an initiative. I know all of you have seen the Initiative to help out the Newbies, proposal to open a new community to help others; I propose to be a supporter of all those who are going to receive delegation for such initiative. I have received such generosity from so many communities, that I want to help my hand to those communities as well. I'll explain how.

First, the newbies. Yes, people! Newbies need a lot of support. If they aren't motivated and they lose hope, then we as a #Blurt family is going to fail. Not going to let that happen. So, I'll try to make things easier for them. For example, Blogging Contest! This will be a weekly program strictly for those who have been here for less than 3 months. The topics will be mostly prompt initiated that they can relate to their own life or someone else's story. This will keep them motivated to write about the stuff they face every day! Sounds a bit easier right? Here 3 winners will be chosen and 4 honorable mentions. Well it is for the newbies to go on writing and after attempting 4 of these contests, I'll initiate a Blogging Experience! contest for winners and participants who receives honorable mentions. What do you say? Sounds fun?

There was this contest, that I had participated in, which was initiated last week by @rycharde which was a Blurtiverse and I truly enjoyed writing for it. And I was hoping if I get the delegation then maybe I could pitch in to award the winners. There are a few contests that if one participates, can get enough supports such as #Coc that is Contests of Contests. When I get the delegation, I'll extend my helping hand to every other community who'll be needing help.

I know I have talked about contests a lot, but I believe that contests are (not easy) an extraordinary way to get noticed and people have to come up with something out of the box, so it is quite different than regular blogging and posting.
