Hey blurtters, it's my great privilege to be on this block chain. Since when became an active user of blurt, have witness good decisions taken by @Megadrive and @jacobgaedikian to help alleviate poverty amongst blurt users.
The commitment of the founders to improving and adding value to this blockchain is really awesome.

I'm responding by applying for the delegation of blurt power. I must quickly commend @manuelramos for bringing up this great initiative of delegating blurt power for community members.
It really going to attract new users to the blockchain. When people get rewarded for thieir quality contents, they'll have every reason to stay and even invite their friends to adopt the blockchain. With this initiative, the on-boarding of new users will be made easy and likely we will have an exponential increase in number of new users.
I'm very confident how much value this initiative will add to the our community.

Why I'm confident that I'm fit to get the delegation.

I handled a curator position on steemjet community, where I was always curating quality content by community members. In the process, I gathered so much experiences on community management, team management etc.
Have worked and gathered experiences from telos blockchain as the team lead of Telosuniclub. Our primary task was to onboard developers and university students to the network. We performed our task beyond expectations with my good management skills as the team leader.
I have good communication and public relation skills. With these skills, I can communicate effectively with community members.
As the curator or a community leader, one must have conflict resolution skills, have been involved in resolution of conflicts too.
Have being around this blockchain immediately after the idea stage, I'm passionate about this blockchain and I'm willing to be part of this success journey by rendering my services to community.

How will I use this position to the growth of blurt

• Onboard new users to the blockchain.
• Join existing curators to vote quality content
  -Organize interesting contest that will create community engagement.
  -Create offline blurt community in my locality, so that community members can always meet share ideas and get to know each other better.
  Lastly Charity, few years back, likely two years ago. I encouraged my community on a charity movement. We visited the orphanage home and gave them some items from the little money we gathered from steemit. We equally gave them some words of encouragement so as to spike up their hopes and dreams.
  Yes, I can get this done again with blurt blockchain, I can organize and start giving to the less privilege and vulnerable people.
  Since our vision is lifting millions out of poverty, we can start by lifting One , there's always a starting point, and I can start this journey.

Conclusion

Really want to say thank to the founders of blurt, and thank you to @manuelramos for your good intentions in seeing community members grow out of poverty.
I must rcommend you once again. We'll all see blurt grow to the level we dreaming and hoping for.
