A hectic day in the bank.

That day, I had rushed to the bank, GTbank to open a new account.

I walked straight to the customer care and met a long queue.

I ignored all the angry people on the queue and walked straight to the customer care rep. I asked, “sorry, is this where they...” She quickly interrupted me and asked that I join the queue.

I stepped back then asked a lady on the queue, “sorry, is this where they open new accounts”. She’s like “yea, it’s here, just join the queue”

45 minutes, Usorong was still on the queue.😥

It finally got to my turn.

The customer care rep asked, “good afternoon, what’s the issue”

I’m like “I just need to open a new account”

She like, “sorry, it’s done upstairs”
