Bambi the Deer

Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived a deer named Bambi. Bambi was known for his speed and agility, and he was proud of it. He would often boast about his abilities to other animals in the forest.

One day, while Bambi was running through the forest, he saw a group of hunters. He immediately ran away, but one of the hunters followed him. Bambi was so fast that the hunter could not keep up with him. However, Bambi was so busy boasting about his speed that he did not notice a trap set by the hunter.

Bambi stepped on the trap and got caught. He tried to free himself, but the trap was too strong. He realized that his pride had led him to this situation. He was ashamed of himself and wished he had been more humble.

Just then, a wise old owl flew by and saw Bambi in distress. The owl said, "Bambi, your pride has led you to this situation. You should have been more humble. Now, you must learn from your mistake and be more careful in the future."

Bambi realized that the owl was right. He apologized for his arrogance and promised to be more humble in the future. The hunter came back and saw that Bambi was caught in the trap. He felt sorry for Bambi and let him go.

From that day on, Bambi became a more humble deer. He no longer boasted about his abilities and was more careful in the forest. He learned that pride comes before a fall and that humility is a virtue.

Moral of the story: Pride comes before a fall.
