Hello friends, today I will discuss with you the food of Delhi, India. I hope you will like it very much.
As we restlessly eyed the aromatic sealed pot of Champaran or Ahuna meat at Old Champaran Meat House in Patna, that was about to be opened and served, we wondered as to what were we going to try it with.
So when we approached Kushwaha ji, the genial owner of the place, with the same query, he assured us that this rich, robust, garlicky and earthy, semi dry mutton curry is best paired with most of the traditional Indian flatbread especially roti and paratha.
Out of sheer curiosity and excitement we tried it with sattu ka paratha, the quintessential Bihari pan fried flatbread and found the combination to be divine.
Have you this combination? If yes then we will love to hear from you in the comments below as to how you liked it?
Thanks
