It is very curious, once I practiced or tried to do some meditation, you know, that of putting the mind in a blank and relaxing the body, the spirit and freeing the mind, but I could not put the mind in a blank, now, it is happening to me that I was trying to do the blog post of the day and I find myself with a rather blank mind, that's ironic.
"To those who do not want, to that one it is given. To those who pursue something, it is not given" is an old phrase that one of the instructors said a lot, paraphrasing something about the Tao or Dao, it depends on how it is pronounced, but it is referring to the same thing, the Superior Natural Order or the Laws of the Universe, in the old Eastern philosophy. Anyway, it's pure irony.
By the way, we are on the first Sunday of the month, 695 days since the #quarantine was declared in #Venezuela due to the #Covid19 #pandemic. Apparently, the fourth wave of infections is occurring in Caracas and its surrounding areas, so it can be said that I am in an area at risk of contagion, but I find that when I go out, people are not paying attention to security measures or the use of masks, in short, which cannot be remedied, there are people who love danger.

Es bien curioso, alguna vez practiqué o intenté hacer algo de meditación, ya sabes, eso de poner la mente en blanco y relajar el cuerpo, el espíritu y liberar la mente, pero no lograba poner la mente en blanco, ahora, me está pasando que estaba tratando de hacer la publicación de la bitácora del día y más bien me encuentro con la mente en blanco, eso es irónico.
"Al que no desea, a ese se le da. Al que persigue algo, no se le da" es una vieja frase que decía mucho uno de los instructores, parafraseando algo acerca del Tao o Dao, depende de como se pronuncie, pero se refiere a lo mismo, el Orden Natural Superior o las Leyes el Universo, en la vieja filosofía oriental. En fin, es pura ironía.

Se está presentando aparentemente la cuarta ola de contagios en Caracas y sus zonas aledañas, así que se puede decir que estoy en una zona de riesgo de contagio, pero me encuentro que cuando salgo, la gente no le está haciendo caso a las medidas de seguridad o al uso de tapabocas, en fin, que no se puede remediar, hay gente que ama el peligro.
Espero que ya para mañana tenga un registro del día más sustancioso y con mejor contenido. Te deseo que estés bien y nos podamos leer de nuevo en otra oportunidad.
