Recently have seen some users copy pasting articles from other sites, some of them high profile users, considered leaders in this community. I thought that plagiarism is something that people don't like, and although it's mentioned in the FAQ page, I don't see any penalties for it.
Not only nobody is telling these users what they are doing is wrong but they get plenty of upvotes, usually more than the little fish writing some really good stuff and ending up with one vote.
I would name some of these guys, but I am a tiny account and can't start a downvote war. Because that's what usually happens in such cases.
So, in the end, in order to have a fair game, we should know if copy pasting content from other websites will result any penalties. Or perhaps adding a source link in the end, will make it somehow ethical and morality acceptable.
Congratulations! This post has been upvoted by the @blurtcurator communal account,
You can request a vote every 12 hours from the #getupvote channel in the official Blurt Discord.Don't wait to join ,lots of good stuff happening there.
There can never be a downvote war on Blurt since there are no downvotes. If people are plagiarizing the posts should be reported in the Blurt Discord. I think they are able to turn off the ability to get rewards. They can still post but cannot earn anything with plagiarized or stolen content. So no Censorship.
