En esta oportunidad estoy muy preocupada por mi amiga Alondra que está atravesando por una situación difícil. Todos los días visito Alondra para darle apoyo y ser solidaria con ella. Nos disfrutamos un café y conversamos de muchas cosas, sobre todo me habla de sus miedos.
This time I am very concerned about my friend Alondra who is going through a difficult situation. Every day I visit Alondra to give her support and be in solidarity with her. We enjoy a cup of coffee and talk about many things, especially about her fears.
Este es un relato corto y a manera de catarsis lo quiero realizar. Así me comentaba mi amiga Alondra:-todas mis angustias y preocupaciones se las he entregado a Dios. Me quedé pensando y a modo de reflexión, al rato le pregunte: -amiga noto que sus preocupaciones no la dejan avanzar, no es fácil lidiar con una madre enferma postrada en una cama por más de diez años y un padre alcohólico y drogadicto que regularmente acude a ti para echarte vaina. Te considero amiga no es fácil tu situación. Luisa la madre de Alondra padecía de un cáncer de los ganglios linfáticos. Y Alondra ha agotado todos los recursos para que para que su madre pueda vivir. Los últimos exámenes que le han realizado a su madre ya el cáncer ha avanzado le ha hecho metástasis y mi amiga esta sufriendo mucho. Trato en todo lo posible de ayudarla.
This is a short story and I want to tell it as a catharsis. This is what my friend Alondra told me: "I have given all my anguish and worries to God. I kept thinking and as a reflection, after a while I asked her: -friend I notice that your worries do not let you move forward, it is not easy to deal with a sick mother bedridden for more than ten years and an alcoholic and drug addict father who regularly comes to you to throw you pods. I consider you a friend, your situation is not easy. Alondra's mother Luisa suffered from cancer of the lymph nodes. And Alondra has exhausted all resources so that her mother can live. The last tests that have been performed on her mother have already advanced the cancer has metastasized and my friend is suffering a lot. I try as much as possible to help her.
Alondra tiene su esposo que la ayuda mucho en casa, con el procreó tres hijas, y su hija mayor es una niña especial tiene autismo y requiere de muchas terapias. Su esposo se encarga de llevarla a las terapias. Andres el esposo de Alondra es un hombre maravilloso. Ella y su esposo son muy católicos y a pesar de no asistir a ninguna iglesia ellos en casa promueven la fe en Dios. Mi amiga es una mujer de un gran corazón pero como ser humano se cansa y las emociones tratan de sacarla de control pero ella lucha con todas las que se le aparezcan y trata de buscar el equilibrio y que el estrés no la agobie.
Alondra has a husband who helps her a lot at home, with whom she has three daughters, and her oldest daughter is a special child who has autism and requires a lot of therapies. Her husband is in charge of taking her to therapies. Alondra's husband Andres is a wonderful man. She and her husband are very catholic and even though they do not attend any church they promote faith in God at home. My friend is a woman with a big heart but as a human being she gets tired and her emotions try to take her out of control but she fights with all the emotions that come up and tries to find a balance so that the stress does not overwhelm her.
Alondra me dijo: -amiga he decidido entregar todas mis angustias y preocupaciones en las manos de Dios. Que él haga lo que crea conveniente en mi vida. Le respondí:-no te aferres a situaciones negativas que te roben la alegría, el entusiasmo y la felicidad para seguir viviendo. Que Dios se encargue de tus angustias, problemas y preocupaciones. Y Dios nunca quiere nada negativo para nosotros. El estará resolviendo el problema a su manera y cuando te invada un pensamiento negativo, transformarlo en positivo, y pronto verás manifestado tu pedido ante Dios. Lo que es imposible para el hombre para Dios es posible. Así que la fe es lo que nos hace mantener ese contacto con él y que no todo está perdido.
Alondra said to me: "My friend, I have decided to place all my anxieties and worries in God's hands. Let him do what he sees fit in my life. I answered her: -Don't cling to negative situations that rob you of the joy, enthusiasm and happiness to go on living. Let God take care of your anxieties, problems and worries. And God never wants anything negative for us. He will be solving the problem in his own way and when a negative thought invades you, transform it into a positive one, and soon you will see your request manifested before God. What is impossible for man is possible for God. So faith is what makes us maintain that contact with him and that all is not lost.
Y asi termino nuestra plática. Alondra decidió entregar sus angustias y preocupaciones a Dios se siente más tranquila, me dijo que sentía paz espiritual. Que tiene que luchar por su familia. Que los planes de Dios para con ella eran mejores. Que mientras hay vida hay esperanzas, seguirá luchando por su madre hasta que Dios quiera. Y en dado caso se llegase a morir Dios está al tanto de lo que lucho por ella. Alondra es una mujer agradecida y le dije eso es muy importante el practicar la gratitud te abre el camino a la prosperidad tanto espiritual como material y es una forma de bienestar en tu alma, cuerpo y espíritu.
And that is how our conversation ended. Alondra decided to give her anxieties and worries to God, she feels calmer, she told me that she felt spiritual peace. That she has to fight for her family. That God's plans for her were better. That while there is life there is hope, she will continue to fight for her mother until God wills it. And in case she should die, God is aware of what she fought for her. Alondra is a grateful woman and I told her that is very important to practice gratitude opens the way to prosperity both spiritually and materially and is a form of wellness in your soul, body and spirit.
