银行人的故事

我来自大陆一个银行的职员，至今工作了21年。按照国内的规矩，今年可以休15天年休假了。但是作为银行人，一般很难修足年休假，尤其是在基层，10天年休假能修过3、5天就很不错了。记得当年在网点的时候，基本上每修过年休假，也不知道有年休假这么一回事。

还记得我以前是个柜员，当初那个时候我就不能摆正自己的位置。
我一直以为银行是把我当行长接班人来培养的。领导带我进柜台的时候，我以为只是带我走个过场。没曾想，我一进去身后的大铁门就锁上了。给了我一套行服、一个编号。每天都过着在封闭空间里被摄像头环绕的生活。喝水、吃饭、上厕所，都得打报告。
我问里边的前辈：“这种日子什么时候是个头？”前辈说：不一定，一般都要三年起步。表现好点，也有两年就能出来的。好在家属可以探视我，只要拿个号就行。
妈！你怎么来了？我不能给直系亲属办业务啊？！看我？看我干啥？里边挺好的吗！手不要放到玻璃上，你说啥？你对着麦说啊！行，我知道，我注意，我注意嘛！我得叫下一个号了。请对我的服务进行评价，谢谢！
