I have to agree on this one. The virtual city will be more relevant than the actual physical city. One of the biggest shopping mall chains in Singapore & Malaysia (Robinsons & Co.) has permanently ceased its operation. According to reports, they started losing profit starting when "online shopping" became popular. The pandemic made the process of closure much faster.
Restaurants & Cafes should consider going virtual if they want to survive the aftermath of a pandemic.
