Hey lovelies ❤️
It's your favorite girl @debbie-ese 😍
Welcome to my blog 🤗
A Pastor was preaching on the pulpit during one of his Sunday service in a church in the South Western part of the country. In his preaching, just like every speaker do and as I am also trying to do, to refer to previous happenings to drive home a point.
He began by telling a story that happened in a certain village, in a state in the Northern part of the country. As he was telling the story, he begin to step out of the pulpit on the altar, down to the centre isle of the church in order to give the church members a closer view of him. This is also normal for public speakers when they want their audience to pay more attention to their speech.
The story was very touching and was meant to teach the congregation a lesson. But before the Pastor could conclude his story, something significant happened in the church. A young man stood up from his seat and walked up to Pastor aggressively. In a twinkle of an eye, he was about beating up the Pastor and everyone was surprised at his behavior. The young man said that he is that person who the Pastor was talking about because he is from that exact village and State and he has experienced the exact thing in his life.
He thought the Pastor saw him in Church and wanted to make mockery of him by using his story as an example. Meanwhile, it was discovered that it wasn't him the man of God was making reference to but they just have similar stories. The outcome of these strings of event could have been different if there were no able-bodied men in the Church to stop this man.

Communication is a vital part of human life that is used in our everyday interactions with others. However, we should be aware of the impact of our communication on others if it is not well written or spoken. There are things we write or say with a plain mind that may have a negative impact on others. It may strike them in a part of their life that they'd be triggered to want to attack you even when you felt you said something funny or educative.
Ever wondered why you read books or see movies that have disclaimers such as:
The story, all names, characters, and incidents portrayed in this production are fictitious. No identification with actual persons (living or deceased), places, buildings, and products is intended or should be inferred.Wikipedia
This is deliberately written by creatives to tell you that they do not have any body in mind while preparing their work even though they know that stories may look alike across the world. There's no new thing on the face of the earth, so we must be careful to be non violent in our communication. There are movies that you will watch that may be telling your story that you haven't even spoken to anybody about and you begin to wonder how the writer got to know.
Even in the midst of your friends, colleagues or family you should be careful of what you say and how you say it. In your mind, you may be saying something funny but you should be able to read people's body language to be sure that they are enjoying your stories or gists. No one will find it funny when they are being used as the subject of discussion either directly or indirectly.
