The Universe has always been kind to humans, even though humans sometimes aren't.
The most enjoyable thing about having a good relationship with the universe and nature, we can get a lot of love and kindness.
Today I will share my moment harvesting ripe bananas directly from the tree.
Plants are a Real Investment
The fruits and vegetables we buy from the market will quickly spoil if stored. It will be different if you grow your own in our garden.
Plants are a real investment. It will save a lot of expenses on food and some special plants can also be a natural remedy for diseases that often suffer from humans.
One of the easiest plants to grow in my garden is the banana. Several of my banana trees bear fruit simultaneously.
That gives me more banana stock. I feel lucky about that. I can make sugar free breakfast and dessert with banana.
Usually, I would make pancakes as well as vegan banana cakes which are easy to make and with simple ingredients.
Besides being able to be enjoyed ripe, these bananas can also be made food when they are raw. We can just call it banana chips and can be used as side dishes by way of stir-frying or made for the curry.
Let the Bananas Ripe Naturally on the Tree
As much as possible I let the bananas in my garden ripen perfectly and naturally directly on the tree.
I never pick up bananas that are nearly ripe then ripen them in the storage room.
Of course, sometimes an animal will destroy a banana that is almost ripe. But so far in my garden is quite safe because my garden has a wall fence.
Bananas that are perfectly ripe naturally on the tree will have a strong taste and aroma. It is the pleasure of the universe to be grateful for love.
My crop today
I harvest only bananas that are perfectly ripe today. I'll make fried bananas for an afternoon snack for coffee time.
This is enough for my mother and me to eat and we are grateful for the gifts from nature and the universe to us.
Happiness is as simple as us enjoying the natural products from nature and having a delicious and sweet meal.
What crops do you grow in your garden and that makes you happy when you harvest them?
