I'm sure most people have had an experience when it felt like time flew by so quickly that it feels like you didn't even get to start what you were doing.
I had an experience like that before. It was when my family and I went to America on vacation. We had many awesome experiences while we were there, and because of that, the holiday flew by so quickly that before we knew it we were home already.
One of the many amazing experiences was when we went to New York and stood on top of the Empire State Building and looked at all the buildings in Manhattan during the night, which was impressive because
we could see all the lights in the city.
Or the time when we went to Universal Studios and went on so many
thrilling rides, one of those was called The Hulk rollercoaster. It was insanely fast, with loops and corners, with forces of up to 4G and it was green of course.
There were loads of other cool rides there that would take me forever to mention.
Something else we did on that vacation was visit Winter, the famous dolphin, from the movie Dolphin Tale. It was quite amazing to see how she swims around with no tail and how her prosthetic tail works when it's on.
Before we knew it, it was all over. We were on the plane back to South Africa, but when we got home, we had many amazing stories to tell people about the holiday.
