A month ago i write open proposal Funds to making Blurt Footwears so i get funds to do in real.When I got the tools from the supplier, I also wrote a post about tools and inventory. Which will be used to make footwear's. Inventory & Tools with details

Hello Blurt Family Hope all are fine.

i try to cover whole process in this post otherwise i will send a Video to entertaining blurt family.

This color i chose for sampling, other colors are also i have to making in Red / Blue/ Gray.

Cutting :-

First to cut sheet what size you are going to create (6-11) these are two sheets one colorful called upper and other more is white that use in middle.

Pasting :-

This is pasting chemical in small bottle to fixing both sheets.

Fixing :-

Need wooden hammer for pressing both sheets.but for now i am doing like this its also useful.

Cutting :-

use heavy wight press machine for cutting, I have one die for cutting Right and left Foot wear.

for example if we want Right side we will cut on colorful side and if we want Left side we will set die on opposite side for cutting

Screen Printing

After cutting pairs we will make it more beautiful, i have printing screen and chemical that use in printing (Chemical smell is really painful ) set the pair under the screen then paste ink

Strapping

This is BLURT in logo but we have B!#RT in logo, This is also a reason for now B!#RT.blog is not friendly in pakistan so i decide to design like this which i have to fixed this on Strap with Heat. Pakistanis can read this easily so they can ask what they want to know. We will change after few time in B!#RT

Punching for Straps :-

We have a tool called cut punch. It use for punching both side on foot wear for fixing strap.

After fixing strap in both side with pasting chemical it almost done for wearing. Actually this is 9 Number foot wear thats way its looking bigger then my feet. 😀
