My Predicted Liverpool 11 To Take On Arsenal
A big night for Liverpool on Monday night trying to secure all 3 points from an up and coming Arsenal lead by the tactical mastermind of Mikel Arteta, but what does Jurgen have instore for the Gunners when they make their way to Anfield. Below I predicted my Liverpool 11 that I feel should take on the Gunners and capture all 3 points.
Alisson Becker (Goal Keeper) - Between the sticks, I am going to go with Alisson, He is strong and dependable. He came to Thiago rescue in the previous game with a penalty save straight out the top draw
Trent Alexander-Arnold (Right Back) - Trent started this season a bit shaky but it is never in doubt the spark he to the attack and defense. He still young with years ahead of him to learn from his mistakes. I think its safe to say he is one of the greats in his position.
Fabinho (Centre Back) - Unfamiliar territory for Fabinho according to some but soon as the whistle goes, he owns the role and does it with such elegance and grace, there are always talks about reinforcing in defense but it’s not a bad cover having Fabinho in the back.
Virgil van Dijk (Centre Back) - Is there any doubt that his name would not appear in the starting 11 a solid rock at the back bring his leadership skills in to play and guiding the team along.
Andrew Robertson (Left Back) - Just like Trent Andy has also had a quiet start given the attacking alibies between the two last season. He has some competition with new signing Kostas Tsimikas, Andy will thrive in the competition atmosphere and prove why he should Liverpool’s starting left-back every game.
Jordan Henderson (Centre Midfield) - Our CAPTAIN Jordan Henderson will offer that solid anchor role in midfield freeing up the likes of Gini and Thiago.
Thiago Alcantara (Centre Midfield) - Making his debut against Chelsea he showed why Liverpool pushed to secure his services. He came on and changed the game linking up with the players like has been here for years.
Georginio Wijnaldum (Centre Midfield) - One of Liverpool’s old guard of players. He is oozing the Liverpool style of play; even thou he has rejected the latest round of contract negotiations this has not changed the way he plays. He is the type of player who will die for the club.
Mohamed Salah (Right Wing) - Mo Mo the Egyptian King running down the wing, hungry to score with every touch of the ball he started the season off very well and once again he will be a pivotal player for Liverpool.
Roberto Firmino (Striker) - An humble servant of this great club he would opt for an assist rather than a goal, but boy does he love scoring against Arsenal hopefully he runs rampant on Monday night.
Sadio Mane (Left Wing) - Fresh of a brace against Chelsea proved he should not be looked over when discussing the greats of Liverpool, he provides that extra push in putting the pressure on the opponent's defense
I predict this will be a hard game for both sides, but I have full faith that Liverpool will take all 3 points and staying on course to retain the title, and let’s hope they can join Arsenal in been the Invincible.
