Double Gameweek 23 has to be the most disappointing Double in the history of FPl. An average score of 35 points has to be some kind of record low due to popular captain getting sent off and scoring -1 points, often doubled to -2.
My team didn't fair quite as badly as that with an overall score of 38 points. I'm obviously disappointed with Josh King doing next to nothing as my captain and the continued disappointment of Ethan Pinnock - he's got to go when I get the opportunity to do so. Especially with Matty Cash scoring points on my bench.
Elsewhere, there's little to get excited about with Arsenal keep Aaron Ramsdale my top scorer with 8 points. You know its been a bad Gameweek when your goalie's your best player.
Despite this though, the poor scores elsewhere actually mean that I move up in the rankings to 152,157th overall. A rise of about 10,000 places which I'll take but will certainly be hoping for better in the coming gameweeks.
