VAR spoil Manchester United vs Arsenal match, i didn't see Martin Odegaard's tackle as a hard one because if it didn't lead to goal, VAR won't call referee back. This is not the first time that such tackle occur, most especially in premier league, so far it's soft, they won't blow it, so as its that soft, then why did referee had to blow it foul when VAR called him? If I am the referee, I would blow it foul as the pitch side monitor keep showing it. Erikson has already soft, tired before Odegaard contact him so he lost the ball and as he lost the ball, luckily, Sambi Lokonga launched ball and luckily, he it resulted to goal.
But to be candid, it's a foul because Martin Odegaard pushed him from the back that is why he lost possession to Sambi Lokonga, if Martin Odegaard had tried to let his leg touch the ball, referee would not have disallow the goal even if VAR called him to check it. No minimal foul in football, even if Odegaard didn't push him much, so far his hand touched Erikson back or his hand show that there is pushing, it's a foul but because it's not all foul in England that is blown by the referees, i won't count it as foul because if the ball didn't result to goal, referee won't blow it as a foul, it would be a play on game.
Arsenal has to learn, not only Arsenal, all football clubs that want to make it to top 4 have to play like there is no refree that would favour them at all. They have to play and know that referee are man, they can make mistake, they can't be perfect. The little chance that Manchester United has is what they scored with, they didn't have many chance like Arsenal did, Arsenal lost their own chances while Manchester United utilised their own chances. The ball possession is owned by Arsenal, and yes the played very well, it's just that it's not their day on Sunday, even William Saliba said its not his day, he is not so much in the match and at all, he didn't play like he used to play.
