I heard that its just three Chelsea players that texted Thomas Tuchel (Sacked Coach) after he was sacked from Chelsea. Wesley Fofana was the first one, and then Reece James and Raheem Sterling but I guess it's because because Raheem Sterling and Wesley Fofana recently joined Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel never show them pepper 🌶, he never place course on them of which the players detest most and I think the reason why Reece James texted him is because Tuchel is the reason why Chelsea extended James contact, so he would definitely text him to pay tribute to him, but other players have already lost faith in him and maybe that is because of the course he place on them which they detest.
It's very obvious that Thomas Tuchel don't have man management because I wonder why just 3 players upon many players are there in Chelsea, why is it just 3 players that wished him well? At Paris Saint German that he worked before Chelsea, it is only Neymar Junior that said he would play with his last breathe for Thomas Tuchel, other players don't like him, that is even what made Kimpembé stay at Paris Saint German instead of joining Chelsea. His behavior towards the players has been getting out of hand, that is what the players has been telling the the board of directors especially Todd Boarly, he would be the one to say yes and insisted that he didn't say it when things gets worst so he has lost it.
Thomas Tuchel need rest psychologically, he has not been himself, good example was when he shook hand with with Antonio Contr and said Conte need to look at his face as he shook hand with him as if it's a must. The players confirmed that Tuchel that they know before is not the same Tuchel again and this has been happening ever since his wife left him in April, the break is really affecting him till now. Reason why his wife broke up with him is still unknown but it's obvious that the drama is still on Thomas Tuchel head, another instance is playing the players at the wing that is not their own which may not really work out well for them.
Chelsea board of directors know about these things happening at the training ground and they know that the best thing they can do to help the club is to sack Thomas Tuchel and as it seems, Thomas Tuchel also need some rest before he can take any other work, that is what is best for him or else he would fuck up if he take another job for now, it's not easy for a life partner to leave someone, only he can explain how he feel, only he knows what happens to him, it is not easy to forget her wife, someone that they have been together for years leaving him alone, where would he start? I Pity Tuchel but he need rest psychologically before he can take any work for now.
