There is nothing that concern a club that has won many trophy for them, if you can't give them what they want or you can't win trophies for them anymore as a coach, then you will be sacked. Chelsea don't waste time, it is when they have this mentality of sacking coach and bring in another coach that they started winning. If Chelsea would be like Arsenal, Chelsea won't have sack to José Morinho even up till now. Although he might have won many trophies and must have make records but they can't be patience that enough and as they keep sacking, they keep winning trophies, unlike Arsenal that have patience for Arsene Wenger.
Arsene Wenger wasn't sacked, his contract got lapse and they didn't renew it but after Arsene Wenger, it is only Mikel Arteta that has try to do like Wenger, other coaches just drove Arsenal back, not forward ➡ but Arsene Wenger could have win trophies for Arsenal but they never give him enough materials. The Arsenal owners then are using Arsenal for business, they don't care about the trophy, they surely knew that Wenger would take them to Top 4, the year that he couldn't make it to top 4 gave Wenger problem and he can't make it to top 4 because there are clubs that have materials that is far more than Arsenal materials, if Arsene Wenger isn't a good coach, he wouldn't have manage Arsenal that long.
Then, Arsenal don't buy players, they promote players from Academy, most Arsenal players are from France, maybe because Arsene Wenger himself is a French. Wenger buys players in a very cheap price, builds players and sell them at very hike price, that's what Arsene Wenger is good at and that's how he fetch money for Arsenal but at a point, the board of directors said they want trophies so they bought Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona and Mezuit Ozil from Real Madrid but they still didn't win more than FA Cup because just the two of them can't do it all alone, they still need more world class players.
If Arsene Wenger can spent almost the best year of his life at Arsenal and still got sacked, no coach can escape sack. Diego Simoné is the coach that I think he has spent so many years at Athletico Madrid but I still don't know why Athletico Madrid never sack him despite his failure, he is not lucky at all, he has qualified for Champions League final like twice and he never win it, he said if Ronaldo isn't a footballer, he might have won 3 Champions League and he's right because Ronaldo is the one that always stop him. Ronaldo stopped Athletico Madrid when he was playing for Real Madrid and still stopped them when he was at Italy playing for Juventus.
I won't be surprised if Diego Simoné is sacked later if he didn't give the club what they want. If Thomas Tuchel can be sacked despite winning 3 international trophies for Chelsea in 6 months without warning, Arsene Wenger was not given contract despite how he managed Arsenal so much, José Morinho bring popularity for Chelsea, he's the reason why Chelsea has so many fans all over the world, Reason why Chelsea is well known but he was sacked because he couldn't win champions league. He was sacked twice at Chelsea, not even once. This is not the era like Sir Alex Ferguson and Co, things has changed.
