You don't have to be a United fan to know who the Portugal midfielder is as he's made a lot of awareness for himself way before he found a way into the United's team. The Portuguese midfield maestro who was signed from Sporting CP was arguably the best signing in EPL last season as his impact on the team has been incredible and who upon his arrival, won himself the player of the month following his beautiful performance.

Though a lot more was required to make the team meet their expected performance as Manchester United line up was suffering a lot of deficiencies, apparently big difference met the Red Devils midfield following the arrival of the Portuguese. Manchester United were able to finish 3rd on the Premier league table last season and the impact of Bruno is not actually to be denied as most fans claimed his contribution ranging from goals to assist has helped a lot in sealing the third place for the United the previous season.

Before the arrival of the Portuguese, the likes of Paul Pogba, McTominay, Juan Mata, Nemanja Matic and co have been the one holding the United's midfield. His arrival saw some of these players experiencing a reduced play time of which Pogba is actually included. Though the United's manager, Ole Gunnar have seen a lot of fans criticizing him over reducing Pogba's playtime among which United's former player, Gary Neville is one.

Neville aired his opinion on Pogba's reduced playtime by saying this;

“I still think it’s absolutely disgraceful that Pogba can’t get in that team".

“For United to win a league, for United to be successful, for United to play the style of football that Ole wants them to play, then Pogba has to play"

“You can play one of them [Nemanja] Matic, Fred or [Scott] McTominay and then you play Pogba with Fernandes.”

His statement/view explained that Pogba is been denied of more playtime and he stretched he actually understand that they might be serving the same purpose on field but, he could actually play them both alongside each other and switch other players/midfiedlers for other positions.

Well apart from the coach, there's possibility that both players aren't that much connected. Recently Bruno was interviewed and was asked who he would want to play with in the midfield and Bruno replied, Michael carrick.

He reveal that the 5 times Premier league winner is still incredibly amazing at the training ground stretching that anyone would think that the assistant coach is a player on the pitch if he was seen training with them.

Well, fans were expecting him to make his pick among some of his current teammates and most people thought "Pogba" would actually be the one but the Portuguese went beyond the current team.

Personally, I think Gary Neville might be right with his suggestion. But if the duo of Bruno and Pogba is to actually work out, then the Frenchman really has to up his game and impress the coach as his performance recently is not it.
