Fantasy Premier League Review - 68 Points.

I got encouragement from @olawalium to start the Fantasy Premier League and I started my journey again last week. The games were on when I created so I knew I would be drafted for Week 4 instead.

I started the journey and as expected, I made some mistakes as evident with putting Saliba on the bench. This type of mistake can't be prevented because no one has the magic wand to know things through and through. I felt Manchester City would walk over Palace even though Palace showed them pepper last season.

I don't think I would be changing anything for Week 5. I feel my forward line is decent and strong enough. I can't wait to have the three of them having the best game of their lives so I can shoot up with the points.

Conceding two goals against Palace didn't help Ruben Dias and Cancelo in my team. James' brilliant cross to Sterling gave him 7 points for my team and I am happy with that. It should have been more if they didn't concede but I would take the 7 points.

I was hoping Rodrigo would continue that wonderful form to the season but it didn't work out. Brighton defeated them and I didn't get much point from Rodrigo. Martinelli is one player I enjoy watching and I was thinking he would show me something better but he was unable to even though I still believe in his abilities. I added Saint Maximin very late and I am happy I did. His late goal to get a draw for his team played to my advantage and I got 9 points from him.

My front line didn't fail to impress except for Gabriel Jesus. I was desperate for him to score or get an assist. The other front two showed me what they are about and I am so happy. Haaland delivered a wonderful performance to bail his team out after they were two goals behind. He has registered his intention to be up there with everyone and I made a post yesterday highlighting why we would be having him in the top scorer category by the end of the season.

Harry Kane would have given me more points if he scored the penalty that Henderson saved. I still won't complain with the 20 points I got from him and I made him the captain. With Haaland facing Nottingham Forest next game, I am changing my captain to Haaland instead of Harry Kane. Harry Kane can deputise for Haaland.

I am optimistic about week 5 and I hope they all turn up, at least my front 3. It would mean a lot to me but I expect others to chip in their bits too. I don't think there is a perfect team and the idea behind Fantasy Premier League is really cool.

How many points did you get in week 4? Are you making any changes for week 5? What have you learned and what do you want to do going forward? Let's discuss.

Cheers.
