I am watching the United States-Honduras football game, it is the CONCACAF semi-final being played in Denver, Colorado. The other semi final will be between Mexico and Costa Rica.

The first half was a very dull and boring game, I can see why CONCACAF is considered about the less quality football confederation along with Oceania, not much to see. Now, the team that is obliged to win is the USA, you know they have players in a lot of European teams that came out champions of one thing or other, like Pulisic, Dest, Mckinney, who play for teams like Chelsea, Barcelona Juventus etc.

Yet I have seen no difference in quality levels, we, as in Honduras, do have a few players in Europe, but most of them are in second division teams.

So, even though both teams are among the biggest candidates for World Cup qualification in CONCACAF, I can't see them going anywhere once there except if they have a lucky run like Costa Rica did in Brazil 2014.

The second half has been about the same thing, not much, now the players are running more and trying harder, but I just don't see it. One of the teams has to win, but I am guessing it will be down to one lucky goal.

And there was a lot of acting on that field, I mean you push one of these guys and it seems you broke their leg, what is wrong with them?

And yep, like I told you a lucky goal in the 89th minute gives the USA the win. I think both coaching teams should be very worried, because they don't have much more material from which to pick.
