AC Milan is having a really good season, which among other things has offered a comeback in the Champions League and at the time of writing a first place in Serie A. Although the foundation looks solid, it is rumored that the club is ready to spend large sums on players this summer.
According to the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan are willing to spend as much as 750 million kroner on bringing new profiles to the club.
The newspaper writes that the club's first priority is the Dutch defense profile, Sven Botman, who plays daily in French Lille and had large shares in the club's championship last year.
In addition, Botman's team-mate, Portuguese Renato Sanches, has been selected to take over Ivorian Kessie's place in midfield at AC Milan.
In the attack, the Milan club has selected 23-year-old Gianluca Scamacca from league rivals, Sassuolo. Scamacca have scored 13 league goals this season.
Last but not least, AC Milan will pick up Liverpool's super sub, Divock Origi, to complement the attack.
