A mysterious situation suddenly arose during the showdown between Freiburg and Bayern Munich on Saturday afternoon in the Bundesliga. All of a sudden, the German top team had 12 players on the field at the same time, which for a short while created great confusion.
Precisely confusion was also the reason why the error happened at all. It tells the match referee, Christian Dingert, now according to German Sky Sports.
- It was a very confusing situation because Bayern made a double substitution and they (Bayern, red) initially showed the wrong number. That's why Coman did not come out, the judge told Sky Sports in Germany.
Bayern Munich won the match 4-1. It is not yet known whether the error replacement could end up having an aftermath, so it could possibly have consequences for the German big club.
With the victory, Bayern are now nine points ahead of Dortmund in the table and are fast approaching another German championship. However, the points can again be deducted from Bayern should they end up being doomed. However, this is still questionable whether or not it happens.
