Everyone enjoys watching sporting events for many different reasons. It can be for entertainment, it can be for training or learning to better yourself in your own event or just the enjoyment of watching someone do things you could never dream of doing in life.
For me I could never dream of doing chase tag but it is so incredibly entertaining to watch. I found this sport maybe one year ago when browsing the internet and find it so fascinating.
The game has a set of obstacles laid out in a 12 x 12 meter square and 2 contestants, which have skill in fast movement and parkour. The main objective is to tag or touch the opponent. One person is the runner and the other is a chaser. If the runner makes it to 20 seconds without being touched then he or she will win the round. The chaser must then become the runner the following round and match the 20 second no touch. Or if runner was touched early in previous round at 5 second then next round would only need 6 second to beat him.
Much like other game out there this has a leaderboard and a knockout stage. Countries will bring their contestants to compete for the prize pool of $40,000.
This is very much fun and exciting sport to watch as contestants fly through obstacles at very fast speeds and with high accuracy. I very much love to watch this but sadly the sport is not big enough for me to get enough action.
