As far as video gaming is concerned, racing games remains one of my top video game genres. Like I have said so many times in the past, one of the first games I played during my early days of video gaming was racing games. I remember having to play a few car racing and bike racing games on my 16 bit sega mega drive 2 console. Those days were fun… I cant express enough how amazing does days were for me. Racing games are one of my best games to play and has even gotten better now that video game consoles have gotten a lot more advanced now.
At the moment, I think I have played more racing games that I have played other video game genres… that is to show how much I like racing games. Need for speed was one of the first racing games I played on playstation 2, which for me was the beginning of high end gaming. Right now, I have played a good number of racing games like dirt rally and more. However, I like need for speed more simply because it was the high end racing game I played and what really kicked off my love for racing games.
There are so many reasons why I like racing games a lot. One of the reasons is basically the intensity of the gameplay. When it comes to high intensity gameplays, racing games are up there. The high octane gameplay is what makes racing games really exciting for me. Aside the high octane gameplays of racing games, another reason I like racing games a lot is the multiplayer feature of most racing games. I don’t think there is any racing game without multiplayer feature and for me, this is one of the reasons why racing games have gotten so successful over the years. Some racing games come with story mode which adds another level of awesomeness in racing games. Racing games are definitely one of my most favorite video game genres… hence why i’m a huge fan of them.
