Hi all, welcome to another post of mine… It is yet another exciting new day with lots of amazing things happening. In my previous post, it was all about manager games and why they are beneficial to sports coaching… Writing on that topic was fun as always – Sports is something I enjoy talking and writing about and even though I might not be into the popular sports like basketball etc, there are lots of other sports I enjoy and if you have been following my contents you will know that I love indoor sports like table tennis a lot and also sports like volleyball and badminton are probably my favorites.
Today, I will be talking about aerobic exercises and why I think they are great for keeping fit and staying healthy. So for those that might be wondering what Aerobic exercise is all about - An aerobic exercise is basically any type of cardiovascular activity like running for example, swimming, rope skipping, brisk walking, cycling, etc. This kind of cardiovascular activities is generally known as cardio. These kind of exercises that makes your heart beat faster has some health benefits.
Keeping fit is a very important factor when it comes to being healthy and everyone wants to be fit and healthy. However, while everyone loves to be fit and be healthy, not everyone likes to exercise as it can sometimes be seen as strenuous. This is one of the main reasons a lot of people shy away from carrying out exercises. The good news is that, you don’t have to lift weights to keep fit… As simple as brisk walking is, it is a great cardiovascular activity that is great for keeping fit. Simple exercises like rope skipping which can be done anywhere at home is also a great form of cardio. Running on treadmill at home is yet another great cardio exercise to do as well.
Playing sports might seem like fun, it is one of the great ways to perform cardio exercises as well. Indoor sports like table tennis is great - the movements you make during a table tennis game is a very good cardio. Playing sports like badminton, volleyball in my own case are amazing ways to exercise and keep fit. Like I said earlier, it aerobic exercises does not need any expensive equipment to perform, just something as simple as brisk walking or jogging is enough to get the daily dose of aerobic exercise done.
If you want to take it a bit further, then rope skipping is another great and effective and inexpensive way to perform aerobic exercise. As you already know, the benefits of quality exercise cannot be overemphasized. Exercising does not only make the body stronger and help make the immune system stronger, it also helps keep the body in good shape which is very important when it comes to being healthy... Exercise is important and we all must do it no matter what kind of exercise we do. I love brisk walking and I often spend an hour or more walking and relaxing.
