Perphap exercise is good for the body to keep it in shape and it has it health benefit. Strength or resistance training exercises make the body fit

💥Those that involved in sports and hard physical activities are advise to exercise 3hours daily as precaution to avoid having muscles enlargement
💥For those that doesn't involved in sports.... It is advisable to exercise 1 hour daily
💥 for those that wants to lose weight, maintain weight loss or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more daily...moreover there is a different between body fat and body water, body water can easily be eradicate by day to day physical activities and training while body fast it difficult to eradicate via exercise as it will take longer period of time
