The Indonesian government continues to spur the construction of the Mandalika Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). This circuit is even planned to hold a MotoGP race series in 2021.

This optimism was expressed by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Zainudin Amali, when he directly observed the construction of the circuit yesterday.

This mandalika circuit has a track length of 4.31 kilometers. The process continues to be accelerated so that it can be completed on time and meets the standard requirements to get homologation from Dorna and FIM (International Federation of Motor Racing).

Planning is prepared by ITDC (Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation) together with the central government and local governments.

The facilities that will be used by MotoGP will continue to be prepared as well as possible.
