This was a memorable campaign - as it totally backfired.
The propaganda worked, the mantra was embedded, but the neurolinguistic triggers were miscalculated by the gov and ad agencies.
I mean, imagine a population with so many minds having the phrase "Just Say NO!" implanted in their subconscious.
Imagine the fun!

It worked too well.
