Step 01:
Collect all the paperwork related to the motorcycle from the company from which you bought the motorcycle.

Match the engine number and chassis number with all the paperwork.
Step 02:
Deposit money at a bank authorized by B, R, T, A. (This applies to motorcycles above 100cc)
(01). 7,205 (seven thousand two hundred and five rupees) for new registration issue.
(02). 11,500 (eleven thousand five hundred rupees) for tax token issue.
(03). 555 (Rs. 555) for Digital Registration Certificate Issue Total = Rs. 19280
Step 03:
All the above papers have to be submitted to the B, R, T, A office. If all the paperwork is correct, a motor vehicle inspector will inspect your bike on the spot and then he will sign. His signed paper must be submitted to the office section.
Step 04:
If you contact BRTA office within 8 to 10 days of submission, you will get registration number, tax receipt, acknowledgment slip.
Step 05:
Then contact the Digital Registration section for the Digital Blue-Book. At this time keep the deposit receipt, registration number, tax receipt, acknowledgment slip, national identity card. If all the paperwork is correct, your picture, fingerprint, signature will be taken on the same day.
Step 06:
Then when your digital blue book (smart card) and digital number plate is ready, SMS with delivery date will come on your mobile. If you contact BRTA office by date, you will get digital blue book (smart card) and digital number plate. For information on digital number plates, type NP with your mobile and send SMS to 6969 (the number must be the number you mentioned in the registration form) or call
