Motorcycle is one of the favorite vehicles of the youth in Bangladesh. They are very enthusiastic about it and most of the time we see they want to buy a good motorcycle. So buying a good quality motorcycle has become a trend in the youth society. If you want to buy a motorcycle then this is a basic guide for you to buy a motorcycle. Hopefully you will comply with this and be able to buy yourself a beautiful motorcycle.

  1. Each motorcycle has a different type of engine and cylinder capacity known as CC. It is not true that high cc motorcycles will always be stronger than low cc motorcycles. It depends entirely on the number of cylinders in the engine and its design. The multi-cylinder engine is relatively more powerful and has the advantage to run. But low-cylinder engines are cheaper and easier to maintain.

  2. Before buying you need to choose the motorcycle according to your needs. There are different types of motorcycles such as traditional or standard, low fuel, travelable, off road, sports, scooters and pedaled motorcycles. Each motorcycle is different from each other and each has different features, so learn about these first and choose yours.

  9. Check if the motorcycle is straight along the middle.

  10. You should see if the front wheel is along the driver's head when someone is sitting in it and turn the handle slowly from left to right. If after looking at it you feel that it is not so smooth when crossing the middle then its handle needs to be changed.

  11. If you see the place to put the foot up, which means the rider will tilt slightly at the turn but if it is at the very bottom, the rider will tilt a lot at the turn.

  12. If you want to see if there is any bend in the part that connects the wheel, hold the front wheel with the help of the knee and rotate the handle.

  13. You must see if the brakes are working well.

  14. See if it grips the wheel as soon as the brakes are applied.

  15. You should look at the gas tank. If the color of the mirage is smoke, then it is fine, but if it is the color of dark tea, then it is old and you need to change it.

  16. Exhaust pressure should be equal on both sides. When the engine is running, check with your hands to see if any smoke is coming out.

  17. The wheels should be viewed a little more carefully.

  18. An extended chain will be seen in the chain sheath which will be firmly attached to the engine and servant chain sheath in an inch loose condition.

  19. Move the steering wheel to see if it is smooth.

  20. See if each device is working.

  21. When you take the bike for a test ride, see if you get a heat from the engine.

  22. See if there are any holes in different parts of the motorcycle, especially in the engine and transport parts.
