There are 5 types of licenses according to the types. E.g.-
Apprentice license
Professional license
Amateur license
P.S. V license
Instructor License
18 for obtaining amateur driving license
Year and professional 20 year old person application
Can. At least eighth grade or equivalent
Must have passed the test.
Beginner Fee:
345 for motorbikes only (with 15% VAT).
517 for two (car and motorcycle) vehicles
Money (including 15% VAT).
Learner renewal fee is Rs. 6 (15% including VAT).
Full-time license from beginner
You have to take the prescribed test to get it.
There is a separate fee for this.
Amateur License Fee: Rs. 2,300 (with 15% VAT).
Professional License Fee: Rs. 1,438 (including 15% VAT).
Beginners to get a driving license
Documents to be attached:
- Application in the prescribed form.
- Medical certificate from a registered physician.
- Attested photocopy of National ID card.
- Receipt for payment of prescribed fee.
- Newly taken 3 copies of stamp and 1 copy of passport
Size picture.
In specific form after passing three exams
Smart card with necessary documents and fees
Must apply for a driving license.
Customer (digital photo,
To give digital signatures and fingerprints)
Is to be present.
At the end of these processes BRTA
Smart card will be issued.
