Which alloy vs. spoke wheel is best?

The wheel is the lifeblood of a bike. What a bike looks like is known through this round part. If this little round thing had not been discovered, the development of our civilization would have stopped for a while and we might have had to ride horses instead of riding bikes or cars. The first ordinary wheel was made in Babylon and has been spinning ever since the modern wheel was made.

A fan of a dynamic and modern bike now thinks that the bike is a part of fashion. But it should not be forgotten that the first and safest wheels of the bike were made not like the current alloy wheels but like the spokes wheels which are surrounded by many spokes or cuts and which generally spread its weight to each spoke. The method of making such wheels is similar to the methods of making earlier wheels.

When the wheel structure was made of rubber, the wheel was placed in the spoke structure and filled with gas by taitumbur with great safety. The result of the well-stretched spoke wheels made by him was that a rider was sitting on a bicycle while the wheel was tilted slightly to the ground.

On the other hand, the spokes that were located below the center of the wheel reduced the extension of the wheel. Moreover, the wheels are rigid in the ground due to being made of thin and easily curved spokes and provide very low suspension which is comparable to the wheels of high quality bicycles. On the other hand, the current fashionable and lightweight alloy wheels are made of aluminum or magnesium alloy. Although relatively light, they carry the same amount of energy and heat.

These increase control over the bike for their light weight and can increase speed faster. These help their suspension stick more deeply to the ground and it improves grip. A good heat transfer system helps the heat to escape from the brakes and it also improves the braking capacity in adverse environments and reduces the chances of brake failure due to excess heat.

Such wheeled bikes are both fashionable and aesthetically pleasing. This enhances the beauty of the bike and increases the decorative value of the bike. The main problem with alloy wheels is that they are made of different types of metal pieces and we know that the metal erodes slowly and creates rims in the rim which causes the bike's tires to become perforated.

Also alloy wheels are much harder to repair than spoke wheels but due to its high cost the cost of complete replacement is less than repairs. Overall, alloy wheels are more expensive than standard spoke wheels.

But in the end it is up to the bike owner and the organization to decide which bike to wear.
