The car traveled a total of 14,371 miles from London to Glasgow 26 times in a row. As a result, the car holds the world record for the longest continuous journey in a luxury car. Cadillac is one of the names in the world of automobiles. Interestingly, the company was born but held by Henry Ford, owner of Ford, one of the most popular car manufacturers in the world. In 1901, Henry Ford founded the Henry Ford Company as the second car manufacturer. However, Henry Ford left the company because of disagreements with the company's financial assistants, Lemuel Bowen and William Murphy.

Murphy and Brown first thought of selling Henry's equipment to this company. But later they decided to start building a new car without selling it. In 1902 the new company was renamed Cadillac. In 1909, the company bought General Motors.

Since then, Cadillac has gained a good reputation as a luxury car manufacturer. They won the prestigious Dewar Trophy in 1908 and 1912.

Fiat, Italy's largest carmaker, was born in 1899. The full form of FIAT is 'Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino', which means 'Italian Automobile Factory, Turin'. Fiat built their first car in 1899. Then, in 1910, Giovanni Annelly, the company's managing director, visited Henry Ford's car factory. He was fascinated by the production management of Ford's factory and later introduced the same method in his own factory.
