Something old, something new? Something JDM.
I guess I could say boredom kicked in during the enforced national lockdown in South Africa which in turn had me to try out new things and push my own boundaries.
This being a complete engine overhaul and rebuild. I have never attempted anything like this and spent most of my recent automotive life doing bolt on modifications, tuning and maintenance work to my own vehicles.
The below video explains the need to learn and build the engine, why I chose this particular engine and where I am going to eventually put it.
