Hybrid cars are sweetening this bitterness. The demand for this technology vehicle is increasing day by day as it is environmentally friendly and fuel efficient. What is a hybrid car?
Simply put, a hybrid car is a type of car that uses energy from multiple sources to move. Multiple sources here refer to the combination of electrical and fuel oil. Hybrid batteries are used as the primary power and fuel oil as the secondary power for hybrid vehicles. If the battery runs out of charge, the engine starts automatically.
Advantage
The US media CNN published a report on the benefits of this car in January last year. Billy Rainett, Toyota's alternative energy development manager there, said the first condition for producing such cars was to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Instructions in this regard often come from the governments of every country in the world. There is no alternative to hybrid cars when it comes to implementation. Hybrid cars also have lower fuel consumption than ordinary cars.
Some car manufacturers claim that the cost of fuel for a hybrid car is about half. The advantage that a hybrid car offers without reducing the power or efficiency of the car is that ordinary cars cannot.

Again, the drivers of Bangladesh do not want to accept this demand. Mohammad Shafiqul, the driver of the hybrid car at the Deco View Car Center at Bangla Motor in the capital, said,Many people talk a lot. It doesn't actually cost that much. However, in a country like ours, this car is very useful. If you get stuck in a traffic jam, then the cost of oil goes down. '
The Bangladesh Reconditioned Vehicles Importers and Dealers Association (Barvida) has also emphasized on oil consumption. They say hybrid cars consume less than half the fuel consumption of ordinary biofuel vehicles. Because the engine of a hybrid car runs on a lithium ion battery.
That battery recharges itself again. On the other hand, since the fuel cost of hybrid cars is much less, no one can buy these cars and convert them to CNG. This reduces the pressure on the gas.
The way this car came
The first hybrid car was built in 1899/1900 by an automobile engineer named Ferdinand Porsche. In the beginning the cars did not gain popularity at all. It gets another dimension after adding the internal combination to recharge the battery. These were further improved in 1918 by the Woods Motor Company. Thus, until 2004, different companies registered their names in the marketing register of hybrid vehicles.
Several models of hybrid vehicles including Toyota Aqua, Axio, Prius, Noah, Alfred, Welfare, Esquire, Camry, CHR, Honda Vegel, Grace, Nissan Extrail are available in Bangladesh.
Last February, Uttara Motors launched two new Suzuki brand smart hybrid technology vehicles. The two cars are Suzuki Ciaz and Artiga with 1500 cc petrol engine.

According to a search at Uttara Motors, the Ciaz will cost Tk 24 lakh and the buyer will have to spend Tk 23 lakh 50 thousand to buy the Artiga. The two cars are available in a total of five colors. In the market of Bangladesh, hybrid cars are priced between Tk 13 lakh to 3 crore depending on the model.
