In the Air Force, however, Lamborghini got the job he wanted. His job was to repair all the engines and make them completely new.
World War II is over. Italy defeated. Lamborghini had to go into exile as a prisoner of war. After his release, he returned to the country and started his own business. A small garage, repairing motorcycles, cars there. But what fills his mind so small! Used old acquaintances. He bought additional military equipment and made the tractor 'Carioca'.Lamborghini realized that there was a demand for tractors in agricultural places like Italy. Gradually, Carioca's reputation grew. Gasoline prices skyrocketed after World War II. Lamborghini built a diesel-powered tractor. Lamborghini's success further strengthened his confidence.
Although insulted by Enzo's words, Lamborghini did not say anything on his face that day. He took a challenge silently without digesting the insult. He built a car factory in Santa Agata, a small town in Italy. He was joined by Giotto Bitzarini, Franco Shaglion and Jan Paolo Dalera. All three are former Ferrari employees. Just four months! The first car was the Lamborghini 350 GTV (later GT). Debuted at the Geneva Motor Show. Got compliments.
