I have to travel a lot almost every day. That’s why I like motorcycles. Before buying the Yamaha FZS-V3 I liked a few things about this bike and got very good reviews from others. As a brand I have no complaints because this bike is Yamaha. I like Yamaha no doubt about it. So, I wasted no more time and bought this bike. I have been gathering some experiences about this bike for the last 4500 kms and today I will share it with you.
I want to start with my good experience
- This bike is actually a comfortable bike, no complaints about that. On any street I feel comfortable without pillion and pillion. The suspensions work perfectly and give a lot of confidence when it comes to braking control. The comfort and controlling of this bike is ten out of ten.
- The ABS break is as good as I wanted it to be. Gives accurate and perfect braking as needed.
- The performance of this bike has definitely improved after the FI engine was updated. Smooth sound, good speed and unimaginable mileage despite having this huge size body and wide tires. I get 49km / liter mileage in the city and 55km / liter on the highways and I am very satisfied with the mileage.
- Color combinations and other features like headlamps, meter clusters are all up to date. Which I already liked about this bike.
On the other hand I have some complaints about this bike:
- It takes time for this bike to pick up speed. At the very beginning it can pick up speed fast. However, it is very difficult to exceed the speed of 110 km after a certain period of time. I personally have been able to speed this bike to 104 kilometers per hour.
- I think the design of the bike can be better than now. Good to see but it could have been better.
In one day I traveled about 300 kilometers with this bike and it was my favorite ride. Mileage was satisfactory, speed and control were excellent and there was nothing to say about the brakes, in a word great. So overall this bike is perfect as a 150cc bike, but the price is not perfect. I think the price should be lower.
