This image passes across a thousand messages but the bottom line is to upgrade yourself. Who would have imagined about 20 years ago that technology would create something like drone. The invention of drone, for instance, made a lot of people lose their jobs, as shown in this picture. In the agriculture sector, machineries such as tractors, bulldozers have made a lot of people unemployed. In offices, a lot of clerical staffs have lost their jobs due to the invention of computers and printers. The list goes on and on.
My message is simple, upgrade yourself. Take the benefits of resources available to you in your field or area of discipline to improve your skills so that you can stay relevant.
Read books. Do researches. Don't just stay in one place.
