IS RELIGION A CRITERIA TO HEAVEN?
The answer is NO
As a Christian, I must be Christ-Like to be qualified for Heaven.
I must believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for my sins, that God resurrected Him on the 3rd day, that He is the way, the truth and the Life.
Moreover, I must obey the commandments as spelt out in the Holy Bible.
That I was born into a Christian home is not enough for me to celebrate that I'll be going to heaven at last, I must follow the pathway that Christianity spells out for me.
Thus, religion is not a criterion for Heaven, but the adherence to the religious practices.
