Time passed by so quickly and it goes fast so much that I am not be able to keep track the days anymore. I thought that it was just Wednesday but it was Sunday already.
I was planning to attend our now online Prayer Meeting as we call it at the 10:00 PM re-run or replay but I was not able to because it was over already, not the prayer Meeting but the Thanksgiving because it was a weekly thanksgiving on the weekends that went to happen already.
Now I am watching the weekly thanksgiving replay which is good enough because I am able to watch what had transpired yesterday.
What is the Thanksgiving celebration from our Church if you must ask? It is the part of our doctrine where individuals and groups would gather together weekly to offer songs of praises to God. A particular member or groups would prepare themselves, contemplating, some even do the fasting before offering the songs of praises.
There is also a voluntary offering of money which is used to propagate the word of God. It is used to pay for the airtime and other financial liabilities of the church, etc.
When I was still mobile I would go to our main convention center a few towns away from where I reside. I am always with my brother when we are attending and later when my mother got to be a member too she too got along with us together with my neighbor who passed-away a few years ago already.
Now because of the CoViD pandemic the church gatherings are now prohibited. Now like many of us are not so sure if we can ever gather around like before because we used to congregate three times a week, one for prayer meeting, one for worship service, and one for the weekly Thanksgiving celebration to God.
With this new setting of our online Church attendance we just monitor the live and re-run of the church proceedings via private YouTube link. We get those links from the church workers that is assigned to every church locality and it is just easy now to attend because you just needed a smartphone or laptop for example and you can just attend church.
