I think I would go for 100million blurt. Yes, with the blurt I can acquire some loyal friends maybe. Friends come and go same with the blurt but with time.

@ifylois think again. The loyalty of such friends that come at such peaks is tested by time and in most case are found wanting. The chances that such loyalty will last is slim.
