Reflect back on your own past publicacions. being new doesn't gaurentee votes. People want real organic content.
Blurt is not a charity site either. Also complaining about not recieving votes is not really the way get them either, especially aince you have not really posted much of anything of real value other than you asking some questions.
You want more organic growth, go out and leave a well thought out comment about someone elses content on their posts.
I recommend not voting untill you build up enough BP to cover the fees. Keep posting and commenting on others posts and just be yourself better each time. Exert yourself to make a better post.

write it again
check for errors
correct where necessary
add pictures related to your post if you like.
Look at popular posts for examples.
to be honest, I have seen many users come in expecting votes right off the bat as if votes are somehow owed to them. That is not how this all works.
