Do you know blurt can be in trouble with what we see happening right now with it. Why there is so silence from the team? Why there is no updates, I read long back about the hardforks but now I see nothing related to that.

It’s up to the Community and Top Witnesses to develop Blurt. It is becoming more Decentralized.
People like @ctime have become more active burning millions of Blurt. This is the best Blurt has ever been. We do not need Founders, Leaders , insider Team controlling things.
That is a Centralized Platform.
It is better that there is no Team at all.

All code is open source and available to everyone. Frontends, full nodes as well as witness nodes and image nodes are available for installation by anyone at any time. Even if the entire core team were missing, Blurt could work without them as long as there are people who want to continue hosting it and developing the project. The introduction of changes always depends on top witnesses. This is the idea of this blockchain.
To develop the network, you don't have to host anything or be a witness. All you need is the skills and the willingness to spend time to improve something and you're good to go. If you have a cool idea and you think that the community will vote for it so that you get paid, you can always submit your proposals for 1,000 blurt along with your stake and when you get funding, start taking action.

That's true because only one thing rule them all.. profitability. If Blurt goes to 0 all nodes will down. If goes up then hundreds of developers will appear willing to create their apps on blurt :D

But I also like it when people sell me their Blurt on Hive-Engine and Probit for almost zero.

How can we say that there is no centralized control when still the majority of the power is with few people.
Blurt will never be decentralized, We can only make it less centralized but achieving decentralization here is something I think is a myth for now.
