In my last post I told you that we had gone to the river but there were many people and we couldn't swim there. So my uncles invited us to a pool party the next day.

En mi última publicación les comenté que habiamos ido al río pero había mucha gente y no pudimos bañarnos allí. Entonces mis tíos nos invitaron a una piscinada el día siguiente.

That day it was very sunny and they placed an umbrella over the pool so that we wouldn't get burned. My sister tans easily and then cries because it hurts.

Ese día hacía mucho sol y ellos colocaron una sombrilla sobre la piscina para que no nos quemáramos, mi hermana se broncea con facilidad y luego llora porque le duele.

We went to my grandfather's house at 11 am and we came back at 7 pm, we played a lot in the water, we had a lot of fun, plus my parents brought popsicle ice cream, suspiros and soda, my uncles made pasta with meat that is my favorite food and cake.

Nos fuimos a la casa de mi abuelo a las 11 am y nos vinimos a las 7 pm, jugamos bastante en el agua, nos divertimos muchos, además mis padres llevaron helados de paleta, suspiros y refresco, mis tíos hicieron pasta con carne molida que es mi comida favorita y torta.

It was like a spa day.

Fue un día como de spa.
