A Million Reasons

2021 for me has been very diecy. It could even past the test of being the most challenging.
It was so unpredictable and I was overly uncertain about alot of things.

We have the freedom of make choices and desire for things, but when you start praying "Father let your will be done", obviously, you're at a point where you're not sure of what next to do or want.

For me it came so early, within the first quarter of the year, I was already scared of it ending. Some of my goals and plans had to change, while for some, I had to tackle them with an entirely different from what I had pre-planned.

I actually, tagged this piece "A Million Reasons" because through it all, I have achieved things, all on a platter of gold I could not imagine.

The greatest lessons I have learnt this year is absolutely trusting in God like no one else exists. On different occasions when I was asked, "so what will you do?"
I used to say "that is God's work to do," or sometimes I reply, "That is God's case to solve" and sometimes "I've told God already".

The Bible tells us about Abraham who "BELIEVES IN HOPE AGAINST HOPE".
Seriously, I had to read that passage over and over again at the same spot and I understood the real definition of "Faith".

I got really emotional last week while reminiscing and I couldn't hold myself than to mount the Church alter to testify.

I couldn't even say all I wanted to say but I summarize it all by saying "God has taken care of me " in songs.

Earnestly, He has!

I've lost things though, I've not achieved all I planned to achieve, infact life wasn't totally fair this year but God is and was fairer than the morning sun in His acts.

I thank God also for the the gift of people.

Trust me, I know how hard and draining it has been, but if you don't read another author's book , you wouldn't know if your story was a piece of cake compare to the chunk others are eating.

I don't think I have any reason to be sad or ungrateful, but I have "A Million Reasons" to be joyful and excessively grateful to God.

Even if I didn't achieve nothing this year, I'm sure I will still feel this way because I have not lost my life or anyone dearly to me.

The weight of God's glory on me is more than the one I've lost or gain.

My million reasons can't even birth a million thanks, but I am grateful to God.

What about You?

Happy ending Year 2021 and a Prosperous New Year 2022!.
