Sweet and sour food is my favorite food in winter, so I try to eat my favorite foods occasionally. Today I came with you. It was so beautiful that it is impossible to explain. I was completely annoyed after eating it because of the excessive salt.

To make tamarind makha, you don't need much. You take tamarind as per your requirement, then chili powder, salt. Now what you need to do is grind the tamarind well in a mortar and pestle. Then if you want, you can use lemon. I also used lemon. I liked it a lot.

Now you will grate the lemon and add it to the tamarind. Then mix it with salt and pepper. You will understand how smartly I have done the job.
